Will I be checked into the property?

A dedicated member of our ground team will meet you at the property to check you in, exchange the keys, take you around the property and make sure you are comfortable and settled.

Will Linen and Towels be provided?

We use a professional third party company that provides hotel quality linen and towels.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 11am.

Is Wifi provided?

Yes, we insist on a wireless connection within all our properties.

We do not accept Dongles as a form of wifi and insist on a fixed broadband connection into the property.

What happens on the day I come to leave the property?

We will meet you at the property to check you out, collect the keys, check the heating and turn off all the lights. Once this has been done we will issue the release of any depositĀ 

Is Edinburgh Portfolio part of the Coulters Property group?

Edinburgh Portfolio is facilitated by the experienced staff at Coulters Lettings Ltd.

What if there is an emergency?

With two office locations in Edinburgh, open 7 days a week, we are always on hand to assist. The mobile number of the property manager is provided for your stay.

A 24hr maintenance line is also provided.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

A set of the cancellation terms is sent with every booking and can be provided prior to booking.

Depending on the proximity to your booking we will look to resell the dates and refund any monies that we manage to recover.
